ABOUT ME
My work is primarily with adults, young adults, and adolescents and emphasizes curiosity, presence, and compassion in moving through suffering. I am a strong believer that laughter and levity are powerful sources of connection and can exist alongside profound vulnerability.
EXPERIENCE
I hold a Master's of Education in Human Development Counseling and I am a Nationally Certified Counselor. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Tennessee. I am fortunate to have worked with people experiencing psychiatric crisis, youth facing an onset of psychotic illness in a speciality care program, and with adults and adolescents in a group practice setting.
